Mr. Zampolli represents $100 million + business service company, and has planned implemented and consummated acquisitions in the fashion and modeling industry. He has a proven track record of substantial equity value creation, managing profitable and cash flow, acquisition experience, and deep industry knowledge.
In 1997, Mr. Zampolli founded ID Management in New York. Mr. Zampolli’s vision is that the Internet will overtake the fashion industry and he has made immerse progress in that direction. During the era of the dot.com world his ventures included idmodels.com, modelslife.com, etc., making ID Models the first models agency on the Internet.
Mr. Zampolli has also established relationships across his industry, and retained the ability to attract a core team of executives to the organization. Mr. Zampolli himself was the subject of a 6-page article in US Vanity Fair, of a Series of editorial in numerous editions of GQ magazine, and made front page of the Wall Street Journal. His other accomplishments include being featured as Contributing Editor of Italian Vanity Fair, Italian GQ and Gear magazine.
